It all began with an idea in June 2020. A bunch of chicks wanted to go surfing but were too intimidated to go alone. So we thought power in numbers, and that we should go together. So we did, we posted an image of us on Instagram, having a ball surfing the whitewash, and soon after more and more women wanted to join.

Not only did we create a safe space for chicks to surf, we broke down the barriers to surfing for women.

Today women of all ages join us on Tuesday and Thursday morning each week, where we mainly surf Trigg or Leighton beach. It’s easy going and it doesn’t matter if you’re surfing on belly, your knees, or a fully fledged whitewash warrior, you’re welcome in our club.
